Guild Forum

I have been locking application threads based on the likelyhood the person will re-apply (server transfers and such), are obsolete, joined the guild, etc. The reason for this is that awhile back, we were having problems with goldsellers spamming the Applications forum as well as the Public forum. The problem has gone away since, but I have continued with the practice due to it being less a hassle to unlock a thread than deleting a spree of posts.
