--rate your current gear, is it good enough to raid End game content or do you still need to run ToC and heroics? I have a few peices i need to improve on yet. But overall i hold my own.

What are your two professions and their levels (if not maxed, explain why)?
1st Profession: Skill Level: Skining Maxed
2nd Profession: Skill Level: LW 425ish ( had nearly 4 professions maxed throughout time. Just in between maxing.)

What is your past raiding experience?

What guilds and servers did you play on previously and why did you leave? Dunemaul, Garona ( alliance side. Good folks but i outlived them all... guild stoped playing wow)

How did you find out about DK? Amazing druid in my VoA suggested i thrown in an application.

Why do you wish to join DK? Id love to raid.... my guild has slowly but surely pittered out in the raiding department...

Any current members of DK that can vouch for you? Rokey knows me... but not sure if he would "vouch" for me...

How many of our raid nights can you attend (raid schedule is posted on the public forums)?
I work retail... but most of the nights i could attend i beleive.

Any additional information? I enjoy playing the game still, and want to see some of the end game. Im geared up as much as i think is possible. Open to any suggestions from other resto shamans and folks that may know my class better then I do. Thanks for looking over my application.

He helped us 3 heal a VOA 25 man pug. I'd have to say he knows what he's doing.

Restoration

Head: The Beaming Earthsiege Diamond meta gem has me raising an eyebrow, but it's still an alright choice (prefer Insightful Earthsiege Diamond myself). However, you need to replace the +20 int gem with haste and get the head enchant from the Wyrmrest Accord.

Chest: My only complaint with the chest piece is the Mysterious Dreadstone gem, as spell penetration is useless outside of PvP. I suggest replacing it with Energized Eye of Zul.

Belt: Again, substitute the +20 int gem for haste.

Leggings: Same as above.

Feet: Shaman do not get as much use out of spirit as some other classes do (notably the priest). Replace the enchant with Greater Vitality or Tuskarr's Vitality. Either one of those will serve you better than what you currently have.

Wrist: I suggest putting in a pure haste gem, as +5 spellpower is generally considered a weak socket bonus

Back: If you're really wanting to keep the socket bonus, then use Energized Eye of Zul. Otherwise, put +20 haste in.

Spec: Healing Focus is mostly a PvP talent, as pushback isn't a problem in raiding. Instead, take those 3 talent points and invest them in Ancestral Healing (less damage for the tank, yay).


Everything else looks in good order. Now, the reason why I'm telling you to get rid of all those +int gems is because mana itself isn't an issue for our class. Spellpower, haste, and mp5 are the only things a resto shaman should be gemming/enchanting for (in that order), with the meta gem currently being the only exception. I do not include crit in the equation because all the crit you need will come from gear.

You are fine on spellpower; what needs improving here -- and I am aware of your current gear setup -- is your haste and mp5. For haste, you should aim for a minimum of 25%; for mp5, try to hit at least 500. (Note: I am referring to the armory for your numbers. As such, modifiers such as Water Shield are not taken into account.)

I don't what else to say here, although I will mention that that tier chest piece actually threw me for a loop for a moment.

In your application you mentioned elemental as your other spec, but the armory is showing it to me as enhancement (same for wow-heroes as well). If your other spec is indeed elemental, then someone else like Ravenous will need to step in. I've only ever had Restoration and Enhancement as my specs.

Need to replace the spell penetration gem and I'd also recommend changing the Int gems for Haste gems.

Otherwise looks OK to me. PST an officer for ginvite.
