Gear is missing gloves and shoulder chants but otherwise looks OK. I will wait for reepa's comments on spec and stuff.

The specs look dated, they were good with T8/9 content.
For tanking: the combination of gear and spec, you'll have a hard time maintaining aggro. Survivability is questionable at later bosses. I'd move the points from improved rune tap and unholy command to sudden doom or imp blood presence, something that will help either your threat or survivability full time. I also recommend getting a little more hit. Glyphs: Disease is bad for a tank because of the boosted threat Icy Touch provides. Question on gemming: you had two red slots with same gem bonus (shoulders and hands), yet you gemmed them differently. Why?
For dps: I'd have to see your dps gear but the spec is from 2 content patches ago. Glyphs are bad for raiding.

I see what you are saying about improved blood presence. I am changing that right now. I will also change glyph of disease to glyph of icebound fortitude for when bosses enrage.
With regards to the gemming question, I only put the +10 Parry +15 stam gem into the socket on my gloves because I needed 1 red gem to activate my meta gem. For all other sockets, I stacked stamina gems.
For my dps gear, I have only been working on building a dps set for about a week now. For this reason, my dps gear isn't very good at all. I haven't changed my dps spec for raiding because I haven't raided as dps. I'll go ahead and see if I can find a good dps raiding spec and change it also.

Update: I added +2% Threat & + 10 Parry enchant to gloves. I'm also working on getting exalted with the Sons of Hodir so I can get the shoulder enchant.

Thanks for the follow-up Runefury. I liked your answer for the gemming, I may not agree, at least you're thinking about the big picture. If you don't have Sons rep, get the PvP shoulder enchant. It isn't great but has stamina on it but focus on getting the Sons shoulder enchant. I'd recommend http://talent.mmo-champion.com/?deathknight#tSQep2o3tFHhoy,YU9,11685 if you plan to respec tank. It's an altered cookie cutter build. IBF glyph is better for PvP than Pve. The spec includes recommended glyphs. For DPS, if you're in T8/9 level gear go unholy without reaping: http://talent.mmo-champion.com/?deathknight#_CJEApHgy1PEqE,HpF,11623If you have some T10, go unholy sub frost: http://talent.mmo-champion.com/?deathknight#flc-n68QFeGyqM,HpF,11623If you're not sure, go with the bottom spec. The rotation is simple and difficult to mess up, which helps if you seldom dps. Once all that's in line, I'd say you're good.

Ok, I think everything is in line now. Here is what I did, per Reepa's suggestions.
- Re-gemmed for dodge, rather than parry. - Raised Hit to 269 - Re-spec'd to a 3.3.3 blood tank spec. - Obtained the pvp shoulder enchant until I can get the Sons of Hodir enchant. - Obtained the +2% threat & +10 parry enchant on gloves. - Re-glyphed to Death Strike, Rune Strike, Vampiric Blood.
I think that pretty much covers it. If you see anything else that needs changing, please let me know.
